JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.01.2012 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Complaint Case No. C881 of 2011 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
