JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and after that petitioner was arrested and Rs. 1 lac looted amount was recovered from his house and it is also alleged that on the basis of discloser made by the petitioner, the looted motorcycle was recovered from the house of other accused.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the coaccused Binod Ram, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and so far as the seized money is concerned, the same is not looted property.

No.46468 of 2016 (3) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No. 201 of 2016.
