The petitioner seeks bail in Sabour P.S. Case No.8 of 2018 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case of robbery against unknown persons. During the course of investigation, it is submitted that Vokil Das and Kanhai Mandal disclosed the name of the petitioner and from the possession of Kanhai and Vokil, some looted articles were recovered.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2018 but the petitioner has not yet been put on T.I.P. Vokil Das and Kanhai Mandal have already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No.39042 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No.43473 of 2018.

No.61612 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 Considering the facts that the name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of confessional statement of Kanhai Mandal and Vokil Das but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. and petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2018 and other co-accused Vokil Das and Kanhai Mandal have already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
