The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.173 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing injury. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2026.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire family members of the petitioner including the female members have been made accused in this case which shows that the present case has been lodged with mala fide intention.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Khagaria / concerned Court below, in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.173 of 2025. 8.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the observations made by this Court is only for the purpose of deciding this bail application.
