Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Victim made her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she specifically stated that she was never kidnapped by the petitioner rather she had gone by her own sweet will along with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Majhaul District Begusarai in Khodawandpur P.S. Case no. 93/2016.
