2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 295 of 2018 and Section 307 of the IPC was added.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the first information report has been instituted only under bailable sections of the IPC and subsequently, Section 307 of the IPC was added.

4. Learned APP invites reference to the injury report of Rohit Kumar Yadav, brother of the informant, which discloses that the nature of the injury is grievous and fracture of right frontal skull bone.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
