JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2017 Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, pointed out that there is some typographical error in paragraph 5 of the order, dated 23.01.2017, which had been passed granting bail to the petitioner, namely, Kailash Kumar, "to the satisfaction of Juvenile Justice Board, Nawada, in connection with G.O. Case No. 403 of 2016" and not "to the satisfaction of Juvenile Justice Board, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 542 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 2013/2015 and E.R. No. 151 of 2016".

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1222 of 2016 (4) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 On perusal of the record, I find that learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has rightly been pointed out the errors that have occurred in the order dated 23.01.2017. Let the order, dated 23.01.2017, be treated to be rectified and read accordingly.
