JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the accused persons being agnates of the informant snatched twenty thousand rupees and the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty family dispute the accusation has been levelled and the injury has been found to be simple caused by hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that there is no accusation of repetition of blow. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.38265 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No.87 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
