JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One regular country made gun and five live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid house is a joint house and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 07.08.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Buxar in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S.Case No. 188 of 2016.
