The petitioner seeks bail in Beur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018, G.R.No.4060 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and the informant are agnates, as alleged in the FIR. It appears from the FIR that certain altercation had taken place. Allegedly, the petitioner had assaulted the informant with his Khanti on his head, causing injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the injury report to contend that the injury on the informant has been found to be simple.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mr. Ajit Kumar A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub-Judge-VIII, Patna in Beuar P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018/G.R.No. 4060 of 2018.
