1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, orders and directions for quashing the order dated 07.11.2022 passed in vide memo no. Aa. Sah 00 Nea 32/2005-1029 increment by which order deducted two-increment of the petitioner from her salary and same was communicated to the petitioner.

(II) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, orders

Patna High Court CWJC No.5521 of 2023(3) dt.05-12-2023 2/3 and directions for quashing the enquiry report dated 06.06.2022 which has been conducted by Deputy Collector cum-Enquiry Officer, Purnia. (III) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, orders and directions for quashing the charges dated 04.02.2021 which has been framed by S.D.O.

Purnia (Respondent no.4) and same was communicated through the District Collector, Purnia vide Memo no.1781 dated 14.08.2021 to the petitioner which is illegal and against the law.

(IV) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,order and directions to commanding the respondents to pay the arrear of salary oft he petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.11.2022, passed by the Director, Urdu Directorate, Cabinet Secretariat, Department of Raj Bhasha (Urdu), Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed, by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.5521 of 2023(3) dt.05-12-2023 3/3 law, forthwith.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
