The application seeks modification in the order dated 07.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20900 of 2015. It is stated that by mistake the name of the court was wrongly written as Sessions Judge, Nawada in place of CJM, Nawada in the bail application.

Having heard the parties, the application is allowed, the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer portion of the bail application in course of the day. After doing so, the order dated 07.07.2015 stands modified to the effect that in place of Sessions Judge, Nawada, it shall be read as CJM, Nawada where the case is pending. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37801 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 under the said order for surrender of the petitioner is extended by two weeks from today.
