The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34/201 of Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the daughter of the informant was married with Tainul Miya, son of this petitioner about 13 years back. She was tortured for demand of cash, motorcycle etc. and finally she was murdered. The petitioner is father-in-law. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report.

Learned A.P.P. has submitted that in the case diary also, there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53477 of 2016 (3) dt.27-01-2017 2/2 Petitioner is said to be in custody since 21.08.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
