The petitioner seeks bail in Mali P.S. Case No.53 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police got information that the petitioner is illegally selling liquor, as such, the petitioner was found carrying 75 pieces each contained 200 ml. of country made liquor. It appears that 15 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 27.08.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one month.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61724 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 of Rs.2,000/-(Two thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Aurangabad in connection with Mali P.S. Case No.53 of 2018.
