Petitioners seek bail in Nagar (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No.494/15 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 498(A), 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioners are father -in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against these petitioners. He further submits that this case has been lodged after long delay. Earlier the informant was not ready to lodge this case. As such, U.D. case was lodged earlier by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63904 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 police. The petitioners are in custody since 01.08.2018. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada, in Nagar (Kadirganj) P.S.
