JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named but it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Ravi Seth who has already been granted privilege of bail. The investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed and admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
