Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Angardh P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all accused persons including the petitioners. All the works have been done by MANREGA labourers and no JCB machine was ever used in the work. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. No.8064 of 2017 (4) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 6th, Purnea in connection with Angardh P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
