Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. She has no concern with liquor in question. Petitioner happens to be a lady and she is in custody since 07.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
