Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 13 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners are full brothers of the complainant. Moreover, the dispute involved is purely civil in nature. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
