Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2016 in connection with S.Tr. No. 109 of 2017 arising out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is husband of the informant, admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph-8 of the petition. Charges have already been framed in this case. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedents, is rotting in custody for the last six and half months.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner,

No.48952 of 2016 (10) dt.20-03-2017 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with S.Tr.
