JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-06-2017 Heard counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they have created obstruction on the road and created law and order problem.

Having regard to the nature of allegation, let the petitioners be enlarge on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt or production of the order, on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20118 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran or his successor Court in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
