The petitioner seeks bail in Samastipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 110/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 414, 411 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to altercation.

It is alleged in the written report that informant handed over the petitioner to the police and two keys of another motorcycle have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62131 of 2018 (2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Nagar P.S.
