JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that he was caught in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 260 of 2015 and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case. Subsequently, he was remanded in the present case. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since long but the concerned I.O did not arrange any test identification parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42372 of 2016 (3) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S.Case No. 271 of 2015.
