In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Bhadour P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 143, 341, 323, 224, 225, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the Police was chasing Kedar Yadav and entered into the mob where a cultural programme was being conducted. Petitioners were apprehended there. When the Police started taking them away, they raised alarm whereupon the persons, who were in the mob, started brick batting and took away Kedar Yadav, in that incident, Police personnel

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46346 of 2016 (2) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 received injuries.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the members of mob, having only allegation to have instigated the people, on that account, Kedar Nath fled away from there. The petitioners are in custody since 6.9.2016. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dipak Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Barh (Patna) in connection with Bhadour P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be father/mother/wife/son of the petitioners.
