JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 141 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present case is under Section 498A but the parties have compromised their disputes in the court below itself and the opposite party no. 2 has decided to live separately from the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the submissions as above, let petitioner surrender before the court below on 09.03.2017, on which date opposite party no. 2 shall also present herself and the court below after examining the veracity of the above submissions of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7545 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, enlarge the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the court below.
