2. The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 16.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52511 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No.661 of 2019, pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Barh, District-Patna, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29361 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 16.01.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
