JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 9 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 24.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 207 of 2016.
