After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file criminal appeal in accordance with new amended Act of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. With the aforesaid liberty, this petition filed in connection with Lakhisarai S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner may utilize certified copy of F.I.R. as well as impugned order and if he makes any prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51485 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 before the Registry, the Registry shall return certified copy of F.I.R. as well as impugned order after getting substituted photocopies of those documents.
