1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complainant died after cognizance was taken but better senses prevailed and accordingly a compromise was entered in between the accused persons and the legal heirs of the deceased which has been filed before the learned trial Court. It is thus submitted that the learned trial Court be directed to expedite the case and conclude the trial expeditiously.
3. The Court expects that the trial will commence and
