The petitioner is accused in connection with Naugachiya P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 registered under Sections 457, 380, 120(B), 435 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Regarding the theft of computers and its accessories from the Chamber of Judicial Officers and court rooms of Civil Court, Naugachiya, Naugachiya P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 was instituted against unknown on 18.06.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, only it has come that petitioner was seen moving in the Naugachiya Civil Court campus in the evening of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62383 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 occurrence except that nothing has been collected against him showing the involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Naugachiya, in connection with Naugachiya P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
