The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 dated 10.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Though the petitioner is not named in the FIR but his name has been taken by one of the arrested accused persons viz. Sugandh Sah. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is a person of clean antecedent.

For the aforesaid reasons, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63377 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
