This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner, Usha Devi, is purchaser through registered sale deed executed by co-accused, Arun Srivastava. Other petitioners are witnesses or identifier on the sale deed. Allegation is that Arun Srivastava had sold land of the complainant.

Considering the fact that even if the allegation is assumed to be correct the real person who is cheated in

No.18609 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 the transaction are the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 728 of 2014 (Tr. No. 2186 of 2017) to the satisfaction of Sri Ram Sakal Ram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
