By filing the present writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent-authorities to adjust the petitioner against the suitable post as has been done in the case of non-formal Supervisors, who were earlier discharging their duties on the basis of stipend and for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s).

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the matter with regard to the selection of non-formal Supervisors and Instructors have attained finality pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for ventilating his grievance, if he may be permitted to file a representation before the concerned authorities, he would be satisfied.

5. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

6. In view of the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
