NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Umesh Prasad along with Sri Brajesh Sahay and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chewara P. S. Case no. 3 of 2015 for the offence alleged under Sections 385, 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that petitioner demanded Rangdari of Rs.2,00,000/- through his mobile from the informant and in case of non-fulfillment, he was threatened to kill. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the mobile used for payment of Rangdari was not his mobile as it has a different number.

It has further been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that a compromise has arrived at between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37116 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2 / 2 weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Chewara P.
