Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-08-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33041 of 2020. By the aforesaid order, the petitioners were directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of passing of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26395 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 that due to the mistake in the address of the petitioners, their bail bonds were not accepted. The petitioners are residents of village - Takkipur but inadvertently the same has been mentioned in the bail petition as Mahuari. The order dated 05.03.2021 is modified to the extent that the name of the village of the petitioners be read as Takkipur in place of Mahuari.

Further four weeks time is allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the court below to take advantage of order dated 05.03.2021.

Other conditions mentioned in the order dated 05.03.2021 shall subsist.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
