The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No.16 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 06.03.2022, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, IX-cum-Special Judge Excise-II, Aurangabad in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No.16 of 2022.
