This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 304B, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim lady, who died within two years of her marriage and allegation, against the petitioners is of commission of dowry death, for non-fulfillment of dowry of demand. Submission of the petitioners is that some other relations have been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3671 of 2015.

During the investigation, the witnesses stated before the police that the husband of the victim was working at Daman and the victim died of snake bite and

Considering the aforesaid fact specially the fact that other co-accused have been allowed anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 3671 of 2015, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Shri V.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
