Five litres of countrymade wine has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that, petitioner is under custody since 24.08.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Sajhali Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Pradip Kumar Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case no.C-82(7) of 2016.
