JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 3 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, who happens to be scheduled tribe and for the aforesaid offence, petitioner is in jail custody since 17.05.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with V.K.J Complaint Case C-51(7) of 2016.
