2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376D, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners took the victim to an orchard and committed penetrative sexual assault with her.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
