2. Heard the parties.
3. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 62 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 assaulted the informant and her son by farsa and petitioner no. 2 assaulted the daughter of the informant by iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to admitted dispute over construction of window platform. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The doctor has found the injuries simple in nature.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 62 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
