Without making submissions on the facts of the case both the parties have agreed that Title Suit No. 201 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned Sub Judge-I, Bikramganj, Rohtas, be decided expeditiously.

Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Judge-I, Bikramganj, Rohtas or

Patna High Court CWJC No.6719 of 2020(6) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 the Transferee Court, before whom the aforesaid Title Suit is pending, to dispose of the Title Suit No. 201 of 2013 within a period of six months from today. The Sub Judge-I, Bikramganj, Rohtas is further directed to proceed ex parte against the party who will not cooperate in the disposal of the Title Suit. The Sub Judge-I, Bikramganj, Rohtas will not entertain any kind of Miscellaneous Applications which will be filed for delaying the disposal of the Title Suit.

Because the Title Suit has been directed to be disposed of, the order dated 26.02.2020 passed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (Annexure-1) which has been passed and was kept in the files of the authorities and was never communicated to the petitioner or the respondent no.5, is nullity and accordingly, it is set aside.
