JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2022 Though Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50562 of 2021 is not on board but the same arises out of Jehanabad (Kalpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 744 of 2020, therefore, this case is taken on board and also heard along with this batch of cases. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
These applications for anticipatory bail arises out of Jehanabad (Kalpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 744 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
A counter affidavit has been filed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31565 of 2021 by the Block Panchayat Officer, Jehanabad, wherein it has been stated that the work, in question, has been completed by the accused persons in February, 2021 itself.

Accordingly, let the petitioners of all the cases, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 744 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
