This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and co-accused, Rinki Kumari, is that they withdrew public money meant for construction of the school building, but, they did not construct the same. Rinki Kumari was granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 11558 of 2015 with a direction to complete the cork. The work has been completed vide Annexure 2. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12315 of 2017 (4) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code..
