JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 The application of petitioner no. 2 has already been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.11.2021. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 1 and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 19348 of 2021 on 07.07.2021.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31252 of 2021(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner no. 1 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
