2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nagar (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 419/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. One of the similarly situated co-accused Mankeshwar Prasad has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13308 of 2024 vide order dated 18.03.2024.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13308 of 2024, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27394 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Nagar (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 419/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
