2. The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 06.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8995 of 2026 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby and whereunder the expression "Anticipatory Bail" occurring in paragraph no. 3 of the said order is sought to be modified and substituted with the word "Bail". The petitioner has further prayed for extension of a period of four weeks for furnishing bail bonds in the present case.

3. For the reasons stated in the modification application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 06.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8995 of 2026 is hereby

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22430 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 modified to the extent that the words "anticipatory bail" occurring in paragraph no. 3 of the said order shall be read as "bail". The petitioner is further granted a period of four weeks from today to surrender before the learned Court below and furnish the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 06.02.2026.

4. The present modification application stands allowed to the aforesaid extent.
