The petitioner seeks bail in Excise case No. 254 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the house of petitioner 28 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered but the petitioner is a lady and the recovery is made from joint house. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 24.08.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61516 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Excise case No. 254 of 2018.
