JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 23-05-2017 Since there is a long gap between death of the employee and the claim, which is being made by the so called son of the late employee and almost 24 years have passed since the death happened, the insistence of respondents that there should be some kind of legal document or an order of succession, before such claim can be examined, cannot be said to be a misplaced stand to take, especially when the authenticity of such claim cannot be established on the face of record. Let the petitioner do what is required to be done in law.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
