Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 179 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and POCSO Act.

The girl who is on the verge of attending majority of eloped with one Mithilesh Kumar @ Mithu and got married with him. The petitioners are the mother and brother of Mithilesh Kumar.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO, Sheohar in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 179 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
